Snowed in at Camp Potomac Woods

A group of people, including two uniformed military officers, standing on the snow at Camp Potomac Woods in front of a parked helicopter.

Who remembers the Girl Scout troop that became snowbound at Camp Potomac Woods?

When one of the military pilots retired, an Army staff member planning his farewell party called me. “He’s always told this story about Girl Scouts and a blizzard,” she asked. “Is that really true?”

Absolutely!! I sent these images for the party photo montage.
